Whether you want to focus on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, or you prefer to target specific search engines such as Google, nCentiv makes sure to place your ads where they will have the most impact.
How much money do I need to start with?
Determining your budget to acheive your desired customer acquisition goals is a crutial step. nCentiv, let's you know how much money you will need to invest to reach your target number of customers within a specific timeframe. Our software takes into account various factors, such as target audience size, cost per click and campaign duration, to give you a customized price tailored to your business needs.
Is there any hidden fees?
We understand that trasparency is important which is why we make sure there are no hidden fees when you works with us. There is a $39 monthly fee per location, and you will always know the exact cost of each campaign before it begins. After starting a campaign, there are no additional fees that will catch you off guard. You will be required to pay for your campaign upfront, which ensures that you know how much exactly you are paying. Please refer to our terms of service to learn more.
Can I stop a campaign?
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you might need to stop a campaign before it has run its full course. That's why you'll have the option to stop a campaign at any time, without any penalties. After stopping a campaign, any unused money will be refunded to you as a credit. We want our clients to feel empowered to make decisions that are best for their business, without being tied down to a long term commitment.
Do I need to create all social media accounts to be able to use nCentiv?
One of the benefits of using nCentiv is that you don't need to create any social media accounts. You don't need to worry about managing multiple accounts, which can be time-consuming and overwhelming. Instead, we run your ads under our own social media accounts which are optimized to reach restaurants target audience. You can trust that your marketing campaigns are in good hands.
How often would I be billed?
At nCentiv, we believe in keeping things simple, including our billing process. You will be billed a recurring $39/month/location fee to access our service. This fee covers all the features, including campaign setup, management and optimization. When you start a new campaign, you will be asked to to pay for that specific campaign upfront.
